Service Description Rent our private, fully-equipped Daily Suite perfect for independent hairstylists, estheticians, injectors, makeup artists, and other licensed professionals in the beauty and wellness space. Whether you're seeing clients for one day or building your business without the overhead of a full-time lease, our flexible and professional suite is your turnkey solution. What’s Included • Private, clean, and lockable suite • Styling chair and/or esthetician bed (based on need) • Mirror, counter space, and cabinetry • Sink access • Rolling cart for tools and products • High-speed WiFi • Shared waiting/lounge area • Access to restroom • Free parking or accessible location Bring your own tools and products. Licensed use only.
Cancellation Policy
License Required: All renters should hold an active professional license (e.g., cosmetology, esthetics, massage therapy, etc.). • Bring Your Own Tools: Renters are responsible for bringing their own tools, products, towels, and sanitation supplies. • Suite Use: Suites are for professional services only. No overnight stays, personal events, or retail pop-ups allowed unless previously approved. Booking + Payment • Online Booking Only: Bookings must be made through our official website or booking platform. No walk-ins or cash payments accepted. • Full Payment Required: Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve the suite. No holds without payment. Daily Suite Rental - Each booking is for one full business day (up to 18 hours). Hourly rentals- 2 hour minimum only available for Media Suite Same-Day Bookings: May be available based on suite availability but must be confirmed and paid in full before arrival. Check-In & Check-Out • Suite Access: Entry instructions will be sent via email/text prior to your booking. • Check-In Time: 30 minutes allowed before rental • Check-Out Time: 30 minutes allowed after end of rental period • Early Setup/Late Breakdown: Please account for setup and cleanup in your rental window (include 30 minutes before start of rental and 30 minutes after end of rental period . Cleanliness & Usage • Sanitation Required: All renters must follow state board regulations and leave the suite in clean condition. • Trash Disposal: Trash must be bagged and placed in designated disposal bins. • Damage/Loss: You are responsible for any damage caused during your rental. A damage fee may apply. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling • Cancellations: - Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. - Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your booking will receive a 50% refund. - No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking time. • Rescheduling: - You may request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. - A rescheduling fee of $10 applies for changes made less than 24 hours of rental - No same-day reschedules allowed. Prohibited Behavior • No smoking or vaping inside the building • No unauthorized guests or clients outside of your scheduled services • No use of suite for personal storage or repeated non-booked access Location & Parking • Parking is free and available onsite. • Please inform your clients to arrive no more than 5–10 minutes early and wait in the lounge area if needed.
