Our Weekly Suite Rental is perfect for independent beauty and wellness professionals including hairstylists, estheticians, lash techs, and cosmetic injectors who want a clean, ready to use suite to operate their business with flexibility. This rental includes full access to a private suite, available to you 7 days a week, for your exclusive use during your reserved week. What’s Included • Private, lockable suite exclusively for your use • Styling chair and/or esthetician bed (choose based on profession) • Mirror, counter space, and cabinetry • Sink or water access • Rolling storage cart • High-speed WiFi • Shared waiting area and restroom • Free parking or client-friendly access ( validation required) • Basic cleaning supplies (broom, disinfectant wipes, trash bags) You are responsible for your tools, supplies, and daily cleanup. 24/7 secure access throughout your rental period Priority booking for future weeks




Cancellation Policy
Weekly Suite Rental – Booking Policy For Licensed Beauty & Wellness Professionals Thank you for choosing our professional suite for your weekly rental needs. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review and adhere to the following policies: Booking Requirements License Required: All renters must hold an active professional license (e.g., cosmetology, esthetics, massage therapy, etc.). Bring Your Own Tools: Renters are responsible for bringing their own tools, products, towels, and sanitation supplies. Suite Use: Suites are for professional services only. No overnight stays or subleasing is allowed. Booking + Payment Lease Term: Weekly rental is based on a 7‑day lease period. Extensions must be confirmed and paid in advance. Full Payment Required: Full payment is due prior to receiving suite access. No partial payments or holds. Renewal: Weekly leases do not auto-renew. Renters must confirm renewal by Wednesday of the current week. Same‑Week Start: Bookings starting within the same week must be paid in full at the time of booking. Check‑In & Check‑Out Suite Access: Entry instructions will be provided via email or text once payment is received. Check‑In Time: Sunday 8:00 AM or Monday 8:00 AM (depending on suite availability). Check‑Out Time: Saturday 11:00PM OR Sunday 11:00PM Early access or late departure must be arranged in advance. Cleanliness & Usage Daily Cleaning: Renters are expected to maintain a clean and organized suite throughout the rental period. Trash Disposal: Trash must be bagged and placed in disposal bin in utility closet daily. Damage/Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period and may be charged accordingly. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling Cancellations: Cancel at least 5 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made 3–5 days prior will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start. Rescheduling: One‑time reschedule allowed if requested at least 3 days prior to the rental start. A $50 rescheduling fee may apply. Prohibited Behavior No smoking or vaping inside the building. No unauthorized guests or overnight stays. No use of the suite for personal storage outside of the rental week. Location & Parking Free parking is available onsite.
